I believe in the bio psycho social model of psychiatry which will bring about the much needed change in the management of mental illnesses.
The correct balance of medications and therapy can be life savingb for mental illness.
I am also a trained hindustani classical singer with an immense interest in writing. I have been writing columns in newspapers, magazines. I enjoy teaching and have held many workshops for mbbs students,MD students and psychology graduates.
I have done many interviews and instagram lives free for general public and increasing awareness about mental health.
